Lenore, Lenore - A photoshoot
Hi y'all! It's been a hot minute, but today I return! Thanks to my ag club for inspiring me to post! I was recently thrifting, and I found a My Twinn doll! My Twinn is a fascinating doll brand from the 90s-00s. The dolls were all specifically made to look like the recipient. Which means each doll is essentially unique. They are known for their realistic face molds and poseable armatures. Anyway, I'm a little in love with my twinn doll, and I've named her Lenore. (yes, after the Edgar Allen Poe poem) She is kind of insanely photogenic, and I have some great pictures to share with y'all today!
She is so expressive, I can't even!
My Twinn dolls are 23 inches tall, which doesn't sound that big, but compared to an ag it's pretty major! It's been a fun challenge learning to photograph on a bigger scale!
So, she has an armature, which is basically a bendable wire frame inside the cloth portions of her body. This means that she has BENDABLE KNEES!! I'm only freaking out a little bit.
This might be one of my favorite photos I've taken, ever. There's just something about her eyes....
Her eyes are different colors, and I don't know if it was intentional, or just happened over time. Either way, it looks really cool!
Lovely photo of my hammock there.
I just adore this one!!
I am absolutely obsessed with these photos! I hope you had a fun time seeing them! Thanks for reading and have a dollightful day! - Esti
